Music Festival - tour

The Festival six days program includes:

- winners recitals on Wednesday, July 2nd at Bosendorfer-Saal located in Historical Center of Vienna (performers will receive special Diplomas, teachers - Certificates of Recognition).

- Music Seminar on Tuesday, July 1st: everybody may attend lecture of world-recognized music psychologist Prof. Erich Vanecek. and private master-classes conducted by Professors Stanislaw Tichonow and Antoinette Van Zabner. (Bio Information). Every Seminar attendee will receive Certificate of  Participation.

- tours to Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert, Strauss memorial museums, Kunsthistorisches Museum, Wiener Zentrafriedhof, Heuriger Plaza (food-festival in XVIIth-century taverns), Dance Festival, sight-seeing bus tour around Historical Vienna, organ music concert and other cultural activities (July 2 - 5);

Most of the Festival-tour participants will stay in the Hotel in the Central Part of Historical City (rooms for 1,2,3 and 4 = full bathroom, TV, Internet, phone for every room; breakfast included ). Everybody may choose to join air trip within the group or travel separately. One round-trip ticket within group will cost approximately $1100 (all taxes included).

     Cost of all above mentioned activities including Festival publications, service of 24-hour tour guides and children supervisors are covered by exposed below fees.  Fees do not cover cost of other than breakfast meals, transportation and public places admittance (ex. museums, theaters).

Eligibility: piano, voice, woodwinds and string instruments performers age 6 - 21. Piano duets and chamber ensembles are welcome. Families of the selected winners are invited to join the tour. Children under 12 must be accompanied by parent/guardian(s) during the tour.

Repertoire: one music selection from Baroque, Classical or Romantic music periods which is not longer than 7 minutes in length. Due early date for the Audition performers may not memorize the music piece, but memorization is required for the Recitals in Vienna (except of for ensembles.)

Audition: winners of the Festival-tour will be selected by the Audition on Sunday, November 4,2007 at Music University 3585 Rte 9 (Shop-Rite Plaza)Freehold, NJ 07728; ph. 732-303-1100 or at the Nelly Berman School of Music 461 W.Lancaster Ave, Haverford, PA 19041; ph. 610-896-5105

How to enter: send filled Application together with required fees to the American Concert Alliance, 81 Five Point Road, Colts Neck, NJ 07722 before October 16, 2007. Multiple entries are accepted, but additional Application Fee and Concert Hall Fee for each extra entry is required. Include all fees in one check and make it payable to American Concert Alliance. After receiving the Application(s)and required fees we will notify each applicant about his/her Audition time

After the Audition all participants will receive judging comments and selected winners will receive the Travel Package included detailed tour schedule, Music Seminar program, pre-recital practicing schedule, food and entertainment guidance for Vienna,detailed air-ticket purchasing info

    Due our obligation to pay deposits for program in Vienna on November 1,2007 all above mentioned fees should be send together with Application before October 16th, 2007.  All fees except of Audition fee will be returned after November 4 to non-selected performer.  All fees paid by selected for tour winners will become non-refundable after November 4th, 2007.
