The Festival is open to instrumentalists (solo and ensembles) from age of 5 to 21 years old.

Repertoire: one music selection (performed from memory) from standard repertoire that is 5 minutes or less in duration. Sonata/Sonatina movement as well as completed part of a Suite and any other cyclic music form is considered as a one music selection.

Application should be postmarked by February 2, 2009 Please, indicate your preference for the Audition Center

Application fee is $50 per performer. Submit fee(s) together with application. If performer is filing more than one entry, for each entry separated fee is expected. For music selection over 5 minutes but less than 10, double fee is expected. Make payment to Golden Key Music Festival

Participants may choose to enter by mailing-in recorded performance (CD, VHS or DVD) instead of live audition Enclose photo-copy of the performing music score and write performer’s full name on the tape/disc. Submit recording together with Application and Application fee on February 1, 2009.

The Auditions result (including by recordings) will be mailed to the teachers or independent entrants on March 9, 2009
