As part of its schedule of events, the Alberti Piano Competition is sponsoring a special Conference: The Art of the Keyboard: Alberti to the Present devoted to the history, art, and teaching of keyboard instruments from the 18th century to the present day. It will be held from August 1 – August 5 at the

The conference/round table discussion is open to the general public; anyone interested in keyboard instruments is invited to attend as a listener.
If you wish to be a speaker/participant and submit an article or short paper to be published as part of the Conference Proceedings, please email the following no later than March 1, 2012 email@example.com and BorisB50@mail.ru:
- A Word or PDF of the paper or article
- Contact information, including your name, address, email, and telephone number
- A short autobiographical statement of no more than 150 words
A copy of the published Conference Proceedings will be available at the Conference. Each author is entitled to a free copy. Additional copies are available for $10 each. Conference participants are entitled to attend all the events and activities of the 3rd Alberti Piano Competition in Jakarta.
If you intend to travel to Jakarta, please send mail to firstname.lastname@example.org for the complete Conference Schedule, and additional information and reservations.
If an author is not able to attend the conference in person, he or she can obtain a copy of the Proceedings by mail.
